Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at contact@teecharmz.com with the details of the defect or damage.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel cannot be returned.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
